This is a 6 week program which includes over 30 strategically designed cardio, HIIT, and glute basting workouts. All exercises can be modified or advanced based on your needs and current fitness level. These workouts can be broken down into a weekly regime or they can be done individually, on their own or coupled with another workout of choice. Workouts range from short 15 Minute HIITs to longer 45 minute lower body focused lifts. Most of us are bored with hopping on the elliptical for a half hour after a long work day.
